Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent – Cross-Trained Airport Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, both in person and over the phone
• Working collaboratively with other airport representatives to ensure seamless operations and meet corporate objectives
• Utilizing computerized systems to manage passenger boarding, flight announcements, and other airport operations
• Assisting customers with special needs, including those with disabilities
• Selling tickets, making flight itinerary changes, and assigning seats
• Tracing mishandled luggage and resolving customer complaints
• Loading baggage, operating motorized service vehicles and equipment, and servicing aircraft
• Calculating baggage and cargo weights
• Maintaining a clean and safe airport environment, including working in all weather conditions

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Successful completion of our comprehensive training program
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

• Previous airline experience
• Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Agent – Cross-Trained Airport Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced airport environment that's subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels. You'll be using computers and other office equipment, as well as operating motorized service vehicles and equipment. You'll also be working in a team environment, collaborating with other airport representatives to ensure seamless operations.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing up and down stairs. You'll also be handling objects up to 70 pounds regularly and assisting disabled customers, including pushing wheelchairs.

Schedule

As a part-time employee, you'll be working an 8-hour shift, with a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends as needed.
