Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with our leadership team, store managers, and HR partners to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to drive business results. Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business results and improve processes

• Perform data gathering tasks, data integration, and analysis to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
• Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including store managers and HR partners, to drive business results and improve processes
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis and business improvement
• Proven track record of driving business results and improving processes through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Experience with data integration and analysis tools, such as SQL or Python
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication, including presentation and report writing
