We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization, to find a talented Solutions Architect. This remote, out-of-region temp role spans over a year and involves supporting multiple major initiatives aimed at improving member and provider experiences through innovative digital solutions. There is no application deadline for this role. *Solutions Architect Responsibilities:* * Lead the design and integration of complex systems across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and requirements. * Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to refine and understand solution needs. * Develop and present architectural sketches and artifacts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively. * Leverage architecture patterns or create new solutions for novel challenges, continuously expanding domain expertise. * Partner with solution domain and integration architects to deliver comprehensive solution documentation and artifacts. *Solutions Architect Qualifications:* * Extensive experience with systems integration and the development of complex systems using a disciplined approach. * Proficiency in requirements analysis, estimation, design, and testing of software solutions. * Familiarity with popular design patterns and distributed computing architectures. * Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. * Hands-on experience with modern languages and frameworks such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and cloud services like AWS and GCP; experience with REST API design and cloud-native solutions is preferred. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement. * Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
