Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer service calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a prompt, respectful, and courteous manner
  • Providing solutions to customers, including outbound calls and other communications
  • Entering service data into computer systems and logging information about customer service interactions
  • Updating information in a timely and accurate manner to track service inquiries and resolution
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent

Qualifications:

* 1 year recent customer service or call center experience

  • Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

Work Environment:

As a remote call center representative, you will work from home and be responsible for creating a distraction-free work environment. arenaflex provides equipment and internet connectivity, and you will be required to have a hard-wired internet connection and meet the minimum internet requirements (ping/latency 100ms or less, download 25MBPS, upload 5MBPS, packet loss 0%). You will also be required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
