Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer interactions.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals, collaborating with colleagues and management to improve service quality.
  • Identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products/services, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, adhering to our code of conduct and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to resolve customer queries.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection, ensuring that you can work effectively from home.
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs (MS Office, etc.), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary, ensuring that you can meet the needs of our customers.
