Our Challenge

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat. You will need to be knowledgeable about our products and services, as well as have a passion for gardening and customer service. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex.

A Day in the Life

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Here's an overview of what a typical day might look like:

  • You'll start your day by clocking in and checking in with the team on Microsoft Teams.
  • You'll then sign into Acumatica, our internal inventory management tool and customer database, and log into the VoIP phone system or our email program.
  • You'll begin answering calls or emails to aid customers in placing new orders, checking on existing orders, adding to an order, or troubleshooting on an order they received.
  • You'll have access to a range of tools and resources to help you resolve customer inquiries, including our extensive archive of knowledge on our websites and internal systems.
  • You'll participate in regular quality reviews to ensure that you're meeting our high standards for customer service.

Training and Coaching

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative. Our training program includes:

  • Mandatory training days, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm EST.
  • Interactive training conducted through Microsoft Teams.
  • Regular quality reviews to ensure that you're meeting our high standards for customer service.
  • Ongoing coaching and support to help you grow and develop in your role.

Schedule and Overtime

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work a range of shifts, including:

  • Full-time shifts available 8:45am-5pm Eastern or 11am-7pm Eastern.
  • Saturdays and Sundays 8:45am-5pm Eastern.
  • Overtime is typically available for most of the season, with a minimum of 10 hours of overtime per week during peak season (late March-early May).

Pay and Benefits
