Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, scheduling appointments, and following up with members who have requested information. You will work closely with clients on a one-on-one basis to ensure they understand their benefits and what is available to them.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients across diverse industries

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding results
  • Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
  • Customer service or customer relationship experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with benefits or insurance-related software and systems

  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments, including regulatory changes and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working with diverse client populations, including large corporations and small businesses
