Clinical Diabetes Coach
We are looking for a full-time Clinical Diabetes Coach who is passionate about helping clients improve their blood sugar, confidence, and overall quality of life. This role is for someone with strong knowledge of diabetes management and a personal connection to Type 1 Diabetes—whether through personal experience, family, or close involvement. Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly group coaching calls via Zoom to provide education, accountability, and support for clients managing diabetes
- Help clients improve blood sugar control through lifestyle guidance, habit building, CGM review, and ongoing encouragement
- Respond to client questions and support requests
- Track client progress, milestones, and program timelines to ensure they stay on track toward their goals
- Maintain detailed notes and documentation for all client interactions inside our coaching systems
- Identify opportunities for continued support, renewals, and program retention
- Support clients through challenges, mindset shifts, and behavior change with both compassion and accountability
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions to stay aligned with company standards and client care
Qualifications:
- Personal connection to Type 1 Diabetes
- Strong understanding of diabetes management, CGMs, and blood sugar regulation
- Previous coaching, nursing, nutrition, or health support experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
We are looking for someone who truly cares about helping people create lasting health changes and can bring both compassion and accountability to every client interaction. Pay: $100.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits:
