As a Customer Experience Designer at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in creating immersive, user-centered experiences that resonate with audiences across the globe. Position Overview We are looking for a Creative Customer Experience Designer to join our global multi-platform and multi-product customer experiences team. This is a part-time position offering 8 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate of $26. The role is based in California, USA, and we welcome remote work arrangements that allow our team members to contribute their best work from the comfort of their homes. At arenaflex, you will design stunning and engaging customer experiences within our products—from establishing the look and feel of our experiences across our platforms and services. You will be a culture driver with a unique eye for detail, a keen sense of what matters most, and a belief that you can make a significant impact. This role is perfect for a true creative—a communicator and problem-solver who wants to have their hands in many things at once.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our design team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative customer journey experiences across multiple arenaflex services and platforms
  • Create and direct exceptional in-product media client journeys that delight users and drive engagement
  • Develop creative visions for our content and media experiences that set new industry standards
  • Design work for various platforms and use cases, ensuring optimal impact across devices, experiences, and scenarios
  • Manage, drive, and oversee visual design work for multiple simultaneous projects and situations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership
  • Communicate concepts and ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
  • Build strong, functional relationships within fast-paced organizations
  • Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing, UI/UX, and product design
  • Create work under minimal supervision while packaging and presenting solutions to broader creative teams
  • Mentor and inspire fellow creatives, using interpersonal skills to align others around your vision
  • Ensure exceptional attention to detail in all deliverables while maintaining project timelines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent design experience in a related field Experience: Minimum of 5 years of critical experience in a portfolio demonstrating innovation and strong visual and UX design capabilities Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across multiple platforms and media types Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to clearly and compactly communicate concepts and ideas to designers, developers, product managers, and executive management Design Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with strategic focus and attention to detail Adaptability: Ability to create outstanding work at the intersection of culture and design Preferred S Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
