LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) – NextGen Coding Company Location: New York State (Remote or Hybrid; White Plains, NY and Brooklyn, NY) Engagement: Contract (Part-Time or Full-Time) Compensation: $75/hour (contract) Role Overview NextGen Coding Company is supporting a partner outpatient psychiatric practice in the recruitment of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide psychotherapy services to adult patients across New York State. The role focuses on outpatient therapy within a collaborative care model, working alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Care is delivered via telehealth and/or in-person sessions depending on clinician preference and location. All administrative operations including credentialing, scheduling, and billing are managed by the partner practice, allowing clinicians to focus exclusively on patient care. Core Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to adult patients
- Treat conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and related disorders
- Deliver care via telehealth and/or in-person sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers within a coordinated care model
- Uphold ethical, confidential, and patient-centered standards of care

Required Skills and Experience
- Active New York LCSW license
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations
