Work Schedule and Environment: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM school-day schedule Approximately 213 school days remaining in the contract Caseload of about 25-30 students One remote workday allowed per month Supportive work environment with a strong, collaborative staff culture Leadership includes a principal and vice principal with classroom teaching experience, providing excellent support to the team Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students on the autism spectrum Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to develop and implement effective communication strategies Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking in accordance with school guidelines Participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance service delivery Qualifications: Valid SLP credentials with a focus on school-based practice Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working with autistic students across K-12 age groups Strong communication and team collaboration skills Ability to manage a caseload of 25-30 students effectively This role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while working in a professional and supportive educational setting.
