Now Hiring | Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health (2 Openings) Brooklyn, NY | Onsite | Direct Hire $145,000 – $160,000 We are actively sourcing experienced Nurse Managers for a Behavioral Health unit at a well-known hospital. This is a direct hire opportunity with two immediate openings. ✅ Must Have:
- Active RN license in New York State
- 5+ years of RN experience
- 5+ years of clinical experience in psychiatry
- 2+ years in a leadership/management role
- Experience managing a psych unit in a hospital (REQUIRED)
Role Highlights:
- Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM
- Oversee daily operations of the behavioral health unit
- Ensure compliance with DOH, JCAHO, OMH, and DOHMH standards
- Lead performance improvement and interdisciplinary coordination
- BSN required | MSN preferred
