Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. Your duties will include:
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner to resolve travel-related issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Stepping up to meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success and support new processes and technologies
- Navigating challenging situations with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude and a customer-centric focus
- Maintaining a safety mentality by ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues
What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet our attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
