Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options
  • Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bilingual language skills required in some locations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport security badges
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and fingerprinting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
