Title: Workday HRIS Functional Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12 months contract to hire Must have: Workday configuration, testing, reporting, and integrations, HR operations and HRIS best practices, full lifecycle Workday implementations. implementing and supporting Workday HRIS solutions… Workday HRIS Functional Consultant We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Functional Expert to support the implementation and ongoing operations of a new Workday HRIS solution for our client This role will partner with HR and business teams to help drive successful deployment, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support. This is initially a contract opportunity with potential to convert to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Workday HRIS implementation and operational support
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure Workday business processes, workflows, security, and organizational structures
- Support testing, deployment, data migration, and user training activities
- Provide functional expertise across modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
- Assist with issue resolution, process optimization, and ongoing system enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday HRIS solutions
- Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations
- Strong understanding of HR operations and HRIS best practices
- Experience with configuration, testing, reporting, and integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment. The salary range for this role is $123 - $145k.
