Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the implementation of our Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Quality Management System (QMS). As a QMS Implementation Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our QMS, collaborating with internal customers, quality assurance teams, and design managers to drive quality excellence across our products. Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Leading the implementation of the MSP QMS

, ensuring that it meets the needs of our internal customers and aligns with our QMS specifications.

Analyzing and performing periodic audits

on QMS process implementation to ensure consistency and compliance with our QMS specifications.

Supporting the QMS Design Manager

in gathering relevant specifications and ensuring that they align with our internal policies and applicable quality and design standards.

Collaborating with the MSP Safety and Compliance Team

to ensure consistency of QMS implementation with our Safety Management System.

  • Managing QMS implementation scope, budget, schedule, issues, risk, communication, and other elements as needed to ensure successful implementation.

Implementing suitable quality metrics

for our MSP products to drive quality excellence and customer satisfaction.

Supporting the adherence of product testing and validation

to our QMS processes and procedures to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BS)

in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.

4+ years of proven experience

in QMS implementation for advanced robotics, automotive, or mechatronic products.

Theoretical and hands-on experience

in quality auditing, evaluation, and quality management system design in accordance with international standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001).

Strong analytical skills

, combined with business understanding and experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills

, with the ability to coordinate with team members, operations, and management.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics and high-speed manufacturing.

Strong project management skills

, with the ability to plan, execute, and complete tasks successfully.

Knowledge of NRTL and/or CE compliance standards and regulations

, auditing and assessment processes, and quality and safety-related checklists for product, factory, and operational process inspection.

Proven experience using quality management tools

, such as Siemens TeamCenter Quality, Polarion, and data-management software to implement Quality Management Systems based on specifications.
