As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records, aligning them with our enrollment package records. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will enable you to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions.

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough studies and analysis of data to identify discrepancies and errors
  • Resolving problems and discrepancies in eligibility records, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely resolutions
  • Reconciling eligibility records among systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
  • Monitoring and tracking records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve green resolutions
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform data entry and analysis tasks

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of data to identify discrepancies and errors

  • Resolve problems and discrepancies in eligibility records, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely resolutions

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Access
  • Experience with data entry and management systems, including electronic health records (EHRs)

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
