Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for supporting our paid media analytics function and driving key insights that inform our global marketing strategy. As a self-starter, you'll work autonomously to scope issues, analyze complex data, and present insights that influence decision-making. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting Paid Media Analytics: Identify data-driven opportunities to optimize global paid media spend, collaborating with marketing teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of paid media spend.
• Developing Reporting and Analytics Frameworks: Create and implement reporting and analytics frameworks to support decision-making, ensuring a focus on results and driving execution.
• Creating Custom Reports and Analyses: Develop and communicate custom reports and analyses to guide paid media strategy, driving key insights that inform our global marketing efforts.
• Developing KPIs and Scorecards: Develop KPIs and scorecards to measure performance, ensuring a focus on results and driving execution.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive actionable insights and inform decision-making.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to dissect data, draw inferences, and identify key insights, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to Work Independently: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to structure and solve complex problems, working autonomously to scope issues and analyze complex data.
• Experience in Paid Media Analytics: Experience in paid media analytics or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, with a strong focus on clear and concise communication.
