Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our members and customers with their healthcare needs. You will be the first point of contact for many of our members, and your expertise and empathy will make a significant difference in their lives. You will work from home, enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with remote work, while being part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and answer questions about medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions to help our members better understand their coverage and options.

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to our members, using your knowledge and expertise to resolve their concerns and improve their healthcare experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members and customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs.

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or customer service environments.

  • Strong PC skills in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other software tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions that meet the needs of our members and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
