Responsibilities
As a part-time Web Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex online, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via web chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services
- Assisting customers with online purchases, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide solutions
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
