Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure data integrity.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support data entry and management processes.
  • Data Security and Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to arenaflex's data security policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and critically, with a focus on data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a data entry or related role is a plus, but not required.
