Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers engaging with ADG through our website chat system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about ADG's products, services, and ongoing projects
  • Assisting with customer issues, troubleshooting basic queries or redirecting to the appropriate department
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve service and support processes
  • Collaborating with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of ADG's offerings and project timelines to assist clients efficiently

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
