  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling subject lines, body content, and calls-to-action.
  • Conduct thorough copy editing and proofreading of marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
  • Support sales team by creating/writing/editing/updating sales collateral, presentations, and other related written materials, such as white papers and customer case studies, with a focus on supporting pipeline and lead generation initiatives.
  • Interview and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and customers to generate needed content.
  • Work with the content team to develop creative concepts and templates for the various content types enumerated above.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in content marketing and copywriting, preferably in aviation and/or software-related fields. Experience contributing to B2B marketing efforts or working with CRM-driven campaigns is a plus.
  • Exceptional detail-oriented writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proven experience in technical writing and ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute tasks within specified timelines.
  • Aviation experience or knowledge across General Aviation, Business Aviation, and/or Military Aviation preferred.
