Opportunity Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, completing Evidence of Insurance requests, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries. With a proven lead funnel and comprehensive training program, you will be set up for success from day one.

Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from customers in a friendly and helpful manner

  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
  • Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and client expectations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish

  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required; we can guide you in the process of obtaining it
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
  • Exceeds current and prospective client expectations
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities
  • Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing (no insurance experience required, but must be willing to learn)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation

* Hourly Base Salary: $18 - $22 per hour
