Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering and updating data into our organization database
• Verifying and resolving data discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Collaborating with team members to improve data management strategies
• Meeting established deadlines for data access tasks

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL and data modeling
• Proficiency in scripting programming languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Strong PC skills, including expertise in Excel and VBA
• Outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in data access and control software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

• Knowledge of cloud-based data management platforms
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
