Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Executive at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with digital marketing agencies and their clients, helping them to unlock the full potential of arenaflex's advertising products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining a network of virtual marketing agencies and their advertisers, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships
  • Crafting consultative sales presentations to illustrate the value of arenaflex's advertising products and services
  • Leading training sessions to help businesses become more adept at building and executing effective campaigns
  • Consistently surpassing quarterly and annual sales targets, while contributing to the team's overall objectives
  • Cultivating and controlling relationships with key decision-makers, finance owners, and agencies' decision-making processes
  • Charting out business enterprise structures and identifying key choice makers, finances owners, and the agencies' decision-making methods
  • Offering accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans
  • Interacting with organizations to nurture relationships, validate advertisers' desires, and maintain arenaflex's partnership prominence
  • Collaborating harmoniously with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth with new customers

What It Takes to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a proven track record of meeting income goals in a previous position, with experience collaborating with marketers at executive tiers. You'll also need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience in virtual advertising sales
  • Familiarity with pay-per-click marketing and a bonus structure
  • High-quality verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability, openness to startup environments, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment
  • Self-motivation, a commitment to teamwork, and a determined commitment to surpassing goals
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce
