For our client, we are seeking a Federal Civilian DHS & DOJ Business Development & Proposal Pinnacle Capture Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Business Services space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $179,000 – $298,000 annually.

  • *Responsibilities
  • Lead capture strategy from early shaping through contract award for large-scale DHS and DOJ opportunities
  • Develop and manage a multi-year pipeline strategy aligned with DHS and DOJ priorities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior DHS and DOJ stakeholders
  • Translate mission needs into actionable capture strategies and solutions
  • Execute win strategies in highly competitive civilian national security environments
  • Oversee proposal development and ensure compliance with RFP requirements
  • Manage financial, risk, and compliance aspects of major captures
  • *Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; active clearance preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, criminal justice, public policy, or related discipline
  • 10+ years in federal civilian business development, capture management, and proposal leadership focused on DHS and DOJ
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex captures over $100M, especially within DHS and DOJ environments
  • Proven ability to develop winning strategies against established competitors
