Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and order statuses with accuracy and professionalism.
- Processing customer orders efficiently and ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
- Investigating and resolving customer concerns, including order discrepancies, and preparing quality assurance reports as needed.
- Collaborating with production teams to align schedules and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Facilitating clear and effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
- Providing support for shipping and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assisting in scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records.
- Cross-training in related areas to provide backup support when necessary.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned to contribute to team success.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a contract-to-permanent role or a similar flexible work arrangement.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
