• Booking, ticketing, and rebooking flights and travel arrangements
• Issuing and reissuing traveler tickets, as well as processing refunds and vouchers
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to provide exceptional customer service
• Working with our team to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operations
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What You'll Need for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages (dependent on location)
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
