Position Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the bridge between our valued customers and the arenaflex experience. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, providing technical support and guidance to customers regarding arenaflex products, services, and software. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure a seamless resolution. You'll also assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding arenaflex products, services, and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure a seamless resolution.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex product portfolio and updates.
  • Document and update customer interactions in our support database for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college or degree is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for helping people.
  • Proficiency in using arenaflex products and services.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location.
