Senior Finance Manager | Manufacturing

The Senior Finance Manager will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) responsibility for the North America business. The position plays a critical leadership role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the North American manufacturing operations. The Senior Finance Manager will lead commercial financial analysis, oversee internal controls and financial governance, and partner closely with operations to support manufacturing productivity, sourcing strategies, and inventory management. This individual will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing finance team supporting plant operations and commercial functions. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
  • Minimum 12+ years of progressive financial management experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in a financial leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing and commercial operations
  • Experience leading and developing finance teams of 3+ professionals
  • Strong experience in commercial finance and manufacturing finance environments
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive business performance improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Advanced financial modeling and decision support capabilities
  • Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Strong financial planning and analysis (AOP, forecasting, variance analysis)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build and improve financial processes
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with financial and operational ERP systems
  • Moderate travel required (11-29 days annually)
