Your Day-to-Day Tasks
As a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer support chats in real-time using saved replies and macros. You'll also be responsible for:

- Accurately summarizing and tagging all resolved chats

Pay & Shift Details

You'll also have the flexibility to choose your own 4-8 hour blocks between 6 AM and 11 PM (local or U.S. time zones), with a minimum commitment of 8 weekend hours/week.
