Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, navigating our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will enable you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base, and your passion for delivering legendary service will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
