The FCA Role: A Springboard to Success

As a Financial Customer Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll assist with a wide range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, helping with withdrawals and loans, and providing education and resources to support our clients' financial decisions. What to Expect

As a new FCA, you'll embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Here's what you can expect:

  • Training Cohort: Join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, where you'll learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences.
  • Customer Calls: Start with basic customer calls and progress to more sophisticated calls related to our clients' 401K plans.
  • Team Activities: Participate in team activities, receive well-being support, and career coaching to help you grow and develop in your role.
  • Rewards & Recognition: Celebrate your achievements as you progress through the program.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Work a full-time hourly phone position with the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability.
