Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, conducting online research studies, and participating in product testing and focus groups. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system

• Conduct online research studies, including product testing and focus groups

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting

• Familiarity with online research studies and product testing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
