Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to provide exceptional customer experiences. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering systems. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to provide exceptional customer experiences. - Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering systems. - Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. - Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers.

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
