Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers through inbound calls, live chats, and emails
  • Advocating for our members and providers, addressing inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Leveraging multiple communication channels to deliver personalized support and achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics, including Average Talk Time, Average Hold Time, Average After Call Work, Scheduled Adherence, and Quality Assurance Exceptions
  • Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
  • Documenting all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Staying up-to-date with quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Performing other duties as assigned and complying with all policies and standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service, call center, and outbound calling skills
  • Multitasking abilities, interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously
  • Active listening and coaching skills
  • Team player with a growth mindset
  • Experience with healthcare systems, including Medi-Cal
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
