Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry/Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Bloomington, MN. As a Data Entry/Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately processing orders, maintaining accurate documentation, and performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Order Fulfillment Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reading, comprehending, and adhering to written work instructions and SOPs
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records with integrity
• Performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Entering needed information into the order processing system
• Distributing work orders to the appropriate departments
• Prioritizing and scheduling ship dates consistent with established/expected turnaround time
• Confirming rechargeable products meet charging specifications
• Performing other production tasks assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience performing fulfillment and order entry tasks
• High attention to detail
• Ability to perform data entry accurately
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Familiarity with order processing systems and software
• Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
