Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Education/Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Schedule/Pay
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:
- Monday – Friday 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Pay up to $16.18/hr
