Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate, timely, and helpful responses to their inquiries. Your main role will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat-based environment.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with live chat software or CRMs.
