Vision for the Role: The Assistant Director of Kingdom Partnerships supports Hume’s mission by developing and executing strategies to increase program registrations through intentional relationships with churches, schools, and strategic guest groups. This role works closely with the Director of Kingdom Partnerships to grow program participation and to cultivate long-term partnerships with churches, schools, and strategic guest groups. The Role: Partner with the Director of Kingdom Partnerships to fill 90% of capacity for summer, winter, and program weekends. Increase participation from existing churches and schools while recruiting new partners. Share insights and recommendations with the Director of Kingdom Partnerships to maximize occupancy. Meet weekly with the Director of Kingdom Partnerships to review booking progress. Assist the Registration team with re-booking churches and schools. Be the main point of contact for contracting new and existing strategic guest groups. Identify and cultivate fruitful new relationships with churches and schools. Strengthen relationships with existing churches and schools to achieve at least 80% retention. Collaborate with Program Camp Directors to build church, school and strategic guest group connections and delegate relationship-building opportunities. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and events to promote Hume’s programs. Understand individual church and school needs and connect them with relevant Hume program offerings. Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and church/school, strategic guest group interactions in HubSpot. Partner with MarCom and Registration teams to align promotional and registration strategies. Stay informed on camping trends, competitive programs, and market conditions to identify opportunities. Represent Hume at conferences and networking events to expand awareness and partnerships. Our Ideal Candidate: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Must agree with and support Hume Christian Camps’ Statement of Faith. Must have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a desire to share the Gospel through word and deed. Bachelor’s degree required. Proven experience in Christian camping or ministry role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with churches and schools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent people skills with collaborative team spirit. Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot preferred). Willingness to travel to meet clients. Spiritual Qualifications Maintain a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Actively participate in a local church community. Demonstrate a Christ-like attitude in words, actions, and relationships. Support and uphold Hume’s Statement of Faith, mission, and code of conduct. Model servant leadership and encourage others in their spiritual walk. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
