As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the fraud and financial crime prevention industry. If you enjoy rallying partners and sales in jointly educating the market and driving demand with partners, we want you to join our team as Partner Marketing Manager. SEON’s global field marketing team is seeking a data-driven, customer obsessed and problem-solving master of marketing. This role offers flexibility and can be based remotely including occasional travel to our other offices. What you’ll do: Create and manage marketing strategy, plans and budgets in collaboration with the partner sales team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing relationships and understanding the business models for the sales territories and corresponding key partners. Developing marketing plans that align with SEON marketing campaigns, executing, measuring and iterating against these plans to increase quality and outcomes of the programs. Communicating and collaborating with regional sales and marketing resources, including supporting local end customer and partner events, and sharing best practices across partners and regions. Drive marketing programs from planning, execution, to tracking results. Understand field needs, partner needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs, deliver programs digitally and in-region, and measure success. Participate with Sales team, in the development of regular frequency partner business plans in region that tie to partner and SEON business goals Develop integrated plans to generate demand with partners, align programs with revenue objectives and support partner enablement as needed Represent partner marketing across other SEON teams Maintain quarterly achievement to quarterly partner marketing targets, budgets and regular reporting What you’ll bring: 10+ years of partner marketing experience Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales and partners Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans Experience in account based marketing Strong background in metrics tracking, experience with sales and marketing automation systems, HubSpot experience a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to excel and be self-sufficient in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong team player with a positive attitude, initiative, a sense of urgency and tie to business objectives Travel 20-30% Education: BA or BS minimum SEON Technologies collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
