Proven track record building, scaling, and optimizing Tableau dashboards and data sources. Deep understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schemas and fact/dimension tables. Ability to work with complex, messy, or incomplete datasets and transform them into structured, reliable reporting solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. High level of ownership and accountability with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Preferred Experience working with healthcare, value-based care, or claims/clinical datasets. Familiarity with ELT workflows and data orchestration tools.
