Position Summary

As a WFH Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
  • Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)
