Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
- Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs and concerns, and providing solutions to their problems
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications

- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Experience working in a similar role, such as a customer service representative or retail sales associate
- High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
