Part Time HR Generalist MOST is a rapidly growing payment technology solutions company at the intersection of fintech and travel retail. We enable businesses to take payments and manage retail in complex, fast-moving and low-connectivity environments. With offices in Dublin, Dallas-Fort Worth and Chicago, an agile team and advanced technology, MOST offers a modular suite of products and services, including software retail platforms, a secure payment gateway, portable customized payment hardware solutions. The Opportunity As we ramp up our business and expand geographically, we are now looking for a part time HR Generalist to support in running the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. You will report directly to the CFO, and work closely with our specialist external HR advisers and providers. In this role you will Support recruitment by assisting with managing applications and scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Update and maintain company policies, handbooks and benefits documentation. Support onboarding by drafting offer letters and contracts for review, conducting or procuring reference and compliance checks, working with internal departmental managers to ensure a smooth employee experience and welcome for new starters. Maintain accurate and up to date employee records (including leave records) in the company's systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Support the administration of the employee lifecycle including employment changes, offboarding employees, and other operational processes. Support and organize training initiatives by liaising with staff and external providers and tracking participation. Administer and add employee benefits programs and handle related queries. Help organize internal company events. Key requirements Applicants must currently be based in Ireland and have a valid working visa. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in an international remote first company. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong knowledge of employment law and employment practices in Ireland. Proactive and able to work on own initiative in a highly organized manner. High levels of attention to detail. Degree or CIPD qualification in Human Resources or related field. Proficient in the use of HRIS systems, with excellent MS Office skills. What do we offer? Competitive pro-rated annual salary commensurate with experience. Remote and flexible working hours (20 -25 hours per week, minimum 2 hours per day). Very occasional attendance required onsite at Company's Dublin offices (once or twice per annum).
