Job Category Sales, Marketing & Product Management Position Summary We are currently looking for a Commercial Sales Manager (CSM) to join our team in the Albany NY, Hudson Valley, NYC - Long Island market. This role will report to the Region General Manager (Truck Group) and be responsible for managing Dealer principle relationships, identifying, securing and developing targeted fleet accounts, as well as developing existing accounts with tire and retread products, services and solutions. The anticipated annual salary range for this full-time position would be $71,500 - $91,000, based on experience, qualifications and Compensation guidelines Pay Range: $71,500.00 - $110,800.00

Responsibilities

The CSM job functions include but are not limited to: Owns communication with all dealer and truck stop customers within their Territory. Manages relationship with National Account customers within their territory Cultivates a list of priority target fleet customers. Makes fleet sales calls daily, along with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives (CSRs). Responsible for dealer in-house-share development. Business planning with dealer to communicate established growth targets and set strategies. Regularly tracks and communicates to dealers on progress toward growth targets, while consistently collaborating with Bridgestone Market Teammates and dealer to address gaps. Training and adoption of programs Monitors dealer inventory levels, sell-in, and sell-out monthly. Forecasts with dealer for future orders/needs. Collects and reports competitive market intelligence. Addresses business and billing issues between the dealers, fleets, and Bridgestone. Collaborates with pricing and marketing to address market opportunities. Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related industry experience; or equivalent work experience Strong ability to drive consistent execution of business strategies Strong customer interaction skills Ability to work well with others Track record of delivering results Ability to teach, train others Self motivated/self starter Process driven Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum Qualifications
