Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Ongoing Client Data Platform (CDP) to address project issues and ensure seamless execution.
  • Supporting new development, setup, and maintenance on the platform, including collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Providing specialized expertise and guidance to internal groups on the fragment building and RT-CDP stage, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Investigating complex technical issues connected with the platform and executing effective solutions, while staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on technical requirements and executions, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Directing regular reviews to guarantee optimal utilization of the platform and driving instructional courses to up-skill internal teams on the successful use of the platform.
  • Partnering with Adobe Support and Consulting groups to facilitate product improvements and workarounds, driving continuous innovation and improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in technical information management and marketing strategy, with a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms.
  • Solid technical skills, particularly with Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, both personally and professionally.
  • A passion for working with diverse individuals, ideas, and styles.

What Will Give You an Edge

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Postgraduate education in Business, Software Engineering, Information Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Client Data Platforms, such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms like Salesforce C360 or Portion.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing and executing complex enterprise-level platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of data management and information management best practices.
  • Related experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital business environment, preferably with a focus on customer journey optimization.
