Job Type and Working Hours

This part-time remote position offers flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts available between 8 AM and 8 PM EST. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a better work-life balance and reduced commuting time.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

  • Residency in the United States, with a valid work visa or citizenship

Basic Educational Requirements
