Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent, you'll need:
